Terms of service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms explain how our website and products work, and how buying, billing and canceling work. “Signal Marketing,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Signal Marketing, a business based in Utah. “You” means you, and the business you buy for.
By using our website, booking a walkthrough or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Signal Marketing sets up and runs AI products for businesses. These terms cover our website, signalmarketing.net, and every product you buy from us.
When you buy, you approve an order. Your order lists your products, your prices and the details of your setup. These terms and your order are the whole agreement between us. If your order and these terms ever disagree, your order wins.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle information. It is part of these terms.
2. What we sell
Every product has a one-time setup fee and a flat monthly price. Our prices, as of the date at the top of this page:
- Signal Front Desk: all four products below, set up together. $3,500 setup + $997/mo.
- AI Voice Agent: answers your business calls and callers’ questions. It books appointments on your calendar and sends you a summary of each call it takes. $1,500 setup + $597/mo.
- AI Receptionist: answers your website chats and text messages. It asks the questions you choose and books appointments on your calendar. $2,500 setup + $397/mo.
- Appointment Setter: texts and emails people who fill out your website form or your Facebook or Google ad forms. It asks what they need and sends them a link to book on your calendar. $1,500 setup + $197/mo.
- Review Engine: asks your customers for a Google review by text and email. It drafts replies to your Google reviews for you to approve, and alerts you to low ratings. $297 setup + $247/mo.
The same terms apply to every product. Setup includes your first month. Then month to month.
We set it up and test it with you before it goes live. The exact setup for your business is in your order.
3. Prices and billing
- At signup, you pay the setup fee. It covers building and testing your products, and your first month of service.
- After your first month, we bill your flat monthly price on the same date each month until you cancel. For example, say you sign up on the 5th. Your monthly price is billed on the 5th of the next month, and on the 5th of every month after that.
- Flat pricing. We do not charge per appointment, and we do not take a share of your sales.
- Payment method. You give us a payment method at signup. You allow us to charge it for your setup fee and your monthly price. Please keep it up to date.
- Taxes. Prices do not include any taxes that may apply.
- Adding products. You can add a product or move up to Signal Front Desk later. We will tell you the setup fee and the new monthly price in writing before you agree.
- Price changes. If we change the monthly price of a product you have, we will email you before the change. You can cancel before the new price starts.
4. The setup fee
The setup fee is non-refundable. It pays for building your products, testing them with you, and your first month of service.
If you cancel during your first month, your service runs to the end of that month, and you are not billed again.
5. Canceling
There is no long-term contract. You can cancel any time.
- How to cancel: email [email protected] or send us a message through our contact form before your next billing date.
- When service ends: at the end of the month you already paid for. We will not bill you again.
- No partial refunds: we do not refund part of a month or the setup fee.
If your email or message reaches us on your billing date or later, that month has already been billed. Your service then ends at the end of that month.
6. What we need from you
Our products run inside your business, so we need your help. You agree to:
- Give us true and complete information about your business, services, prices and hours, and tell us when it changes
- Give us the access your products need, like your phone setup, calendar, Google listing, website forms and ad forms
- Fill out the setup form, review what the AI will say, and test it with us before it goes live
- Reply to our questions and approval requests in a reasonable time
- Pay on time
- Use the products lawfully. That includes the laws on calls, texts, recordings and email (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM) and phone company rules. You must have permission to text or call the people your products contact.
- Not use the products to collect health records or other information that special laws protect, such as HIPAA, unless we agree to it in writing first
How fast your products go live depends on getting the access, answers and approvals we need from you.
7. How the AI products work, and their limits
Our products use artificial intelligence (AI) to talk with people, write drafts and book appointments. AI is useful, and it can make mistakes. By using our AI products, you agree that:
- It says it is an AI. Every AI agent we set up tells people it is an AI.
- It can be wrong. It can misunderstand someone, give a wrong or incomplete answer, or reply in a way you did not expect.
- You approve it first. You review what it will say and test it with us before it goes live. When you approve it to go live, you accept how it speaks for your business.
- It hands people to you. You set the rules for when it passes someone to you, like an emergency or a person who asks for a human. You are responsible for answering them.
- Drafts you approve are yours. Content you approve, like a reply to a review, becomes your own message.
- Review requests go to everyone. The Review Engine asks every customer the same way. We do not set it up to ask only happy customers, because Google does not allow it.
- It is not for advice or emergencies. Do not rely on it, or set it up, to give legal, medical, financial or safety advice. It is not an emergency service and cannot replace 911.
- Calls and messages are saved. Calls it answers may be recorded and transcribed, and chats and texts are saved. We use them to check and tune your products.
- Notices and consents are yours. You are responsible for giving your callers and customers any notices the law requires where you do business. You are also responsible for getting any consents it requires. We can add a recording notice to the call greeting.
- We keep tuning it. We check your products’ work and tune them as part of your monthly price, and we work to fix problems you report.
We are not liable for any single AI reply, except as section 12 allows.
8. Texts and phone numbers
Texting for your business
Phone companies must approve your number before your products can send texts. We handle the paperwork. Approval can take time, and the decision belongs to the phone companies, not to us. Some parts of your products, like website chat, can start before texting does.
Phone companies also ask for a privacy policy and terms on your own website before they approve texting. You are responsible for yours.
Your products stop texting anyone who replies STOP.
Phone numbers
Your products may use a phone number we set up for you. Your own number may forward calls to it. When your service ends, turn off that forwarding so your calls ring you again. If you want to keep a number we set up for you, ask us before you cancel.
Our own text program: Signal Marketing Alerts
When you agree to texts from us, you agree to get texts from Signal Marketing at the number you gave us. One way to agree is the text consent box on our booking form or our contact form.
- What we send: replies to your questions, confirmations and reminders for your walkthrough, and updates about the products you buy. We send marketing texts only with your separate consent.
- How often: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text. We will send one last text to confirm.
- For help: reply HELP, email [email protected] or call (385) 269-1035.
Agreeing to texts is optional. It is not a condition of buying anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Our privacy policy has the details.
9. No promise of results
We do not promise any number of calls, bookings, reviews, sales or other results. Results depend on many things outside our control. These include your market, your prices, your reputation, and how you follow up with the people who book.
10. Your data and your accounts
Your information
Your business information belongs to you. So does your customers’ information. We use it only to run, check and support your products. Our privacy policy explains how.
When you cancel
Before your service ends, you can ask us for a copy of your contact list. After it ends, you can remove our access to your Google listing, calendar, ad accounts and anything else you shared. Or ask us, and we will remove ourselves.
Our work
We keep all rights to our own methods, templates, AI prompts, setups and tools. We may use them for other clients, but never with your information. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of them.
Other companies’ platforms
Your products run on other companies’ platforms, like phone carriers, messaging and calendar software, AI providers and Google. Their own terms also apply to you. We are not responsible for changes they make.
Using your business name
We may name your business or show your logo in our marketing. We may also share your general results, without private details. If you do not want this, tell us in writing.
Keeping things private
We each agree to keep private any non-public information the other shares while we work together. This lasts after service ends. It does not cover information that is public, that the other side already knew, or that it created on its own.
11. Late or failed payments
If a payment fails, we will let you know. If it is not fixed, we may pause your products until it is paid. You still owe any amount that is due.
12. Warranties and limits of liability
No other promises
We provide our website and products “as is” and “as available.” We make no promises beyond what these terms say. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties. That includes merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that our website or products will always run without breaks or errors.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This covers any claim about these terms or our products.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. That includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data and business interruption, even if we were told they were possible.
Claims against us
You agree to defend and cover (indemnify) Signal Marketing and its owners, employees and contractors. This covers claims, losses and costs, including reasonable lawyer fees. It applies when they come from your use of the products, your business, or the contact lists and content you give us. It also applies when they come from your breaking these terms or the law.
13. Ending service
You can end service any time, as section 5 explains. We may pause or end your service:
- Right away, if the products are used in a way that breaks the law or phone company rules, or that puts others at risk
- If a payment stays unpaid (section 11)
- If you seriously break these terms and do not fix it within 15 days after we tell you in writing
When service ends, you still owe what was due up to that date. The setup fee and the months already paid are non-refundable. Sections 7, 9, 10, 12 and 14 still apply after service ends.
14. Governing law and disputes
The laws of the State of Utah govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If we have a dispute, we will first try to settle it in good faith. If that fails, it will be settled by binding arbitration in Utah. Either side may still ask a court to stop misuse of its intellectual property or private information.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using our website or products after a change, you accept the new terms.
